Current free beta

PaperSafeAI is currently an invite-only public beta. Payments are not active, no payment details are required, and joining the beta does not start a subscription. There is no beta purchase charge to refund.

Future paid plans

Prices on our Pricing page are expected post-beta prices. Before paid plans launch, we will publish the applicable refund eligibility, request period, and process here, alongside the final billing and cancellation terms. This page does not announce paid-plan availability.

Billing questions

If you believe you have been charged for PaperSafeAI, contact [email protected] with the charge date and receipt or order reference so we can investigate. Do not send your password, recovery key, vault contents, or full payment-card details.
