Find a document when you forget its name

Two different kinds of searching, and knowing which one you're doing.

I need the paper that proves I can drive. I don't know if it's called a licence, a permit, or DL_final_v2.pdf.

Results carry their reasoning. A match on a document’s type or an extracted fact is treated as strong evidence; a match buried in scanned body text is treated with suspicion, which is why vague queries return few results rather than fifty bad ones.

Narrowing, and asking

Filters stack, and the URL updates as you go — so a search you run often is just a bookmark.
